Everywhere I go...

Everywhere I go, people ask me why I am going to Alaska. I have a simple answer. My wife told me that she wanted a picture of our boat next to an iceberg. And I am all about serving my wife! (She tells me that I really must have meant it when I said I was willing to die for her!)
As you can imagine, this is a fairly ambitious trip. We'll travel about 5000 nautical miles along some of the most treacherous coasts in the world.
Anyway, if weather ends up preventing us from making it all the way to Alaska, I thought I would at least give my wife a photo of the boat next to some ice (cubes)!

One question...just WHO is going to take a picture of the boat in front of the iceberg?! Have one of you pop into the dinghy and get far enough away to take the picture? Hmmm...sounds like a potential recipe for disaster! I think it's good to have the "back up" picture just in case!

Jim, So, what is the latest plan? Take it day by day? When do you have to stop and raise more funds, err I mean, go back to work?
